BREAKING! Singapore's PAP Returned To Government

Asia News is reporting that Workers' Party wins Aljunied GRC with 54.71% of the valid votes; PAP has two-thirds majority in government. Singapore's ruling People's Action Party (PAP) was returned to government with a simple majority of 44 seats including five uncontested seats.

Singapore's ruling People's Action Party (PAP) secured a fresh five-year mandate after clinching a majority of the 87 parliament seats. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong's Ang Mo Kio Group Representation Constituency (GRC) won by a large majority against the Reform Party (RP), garnering 69.33 per cent of votes
