LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Lee Grace Dougherty (photos below) may already be pursuing a plea bargain less than forty-eight hours after her arrest. Lee Grace Dougherty aka Lee Dougherty, whose scandal pictures surfaced online yesterday, is already possibly positioning herself to testify against her siblings. This comes as news that Lee Grace Dougherty and the other two Dougherty siblings could soon face attempted murder charges.
On Friday, Lee Dougherty learned that the prosecutors’ case against her and her brothers could soon balloon. Lee Dougherty early next week could be charged with attempted murder and first-degree assault “pending the filing of criminal charges”, said Huerfano District Court Judge Claude Appel Friday. Appel also told the former Cheaters dancer that she will not cheat the system. Moreover, multiple state agencies are reportedly building a case against the siblings since their crime spree spanned across state lines.
Around the time of Appel’s statements, Lee, 29, reportedly started to cooperate with investigators. Insiders believe that Lee Grace Dougherty will turn evidence against her brothers. Additionally, she may have already done so.
As detailed on LALATE Friday, Lee Dougherty has already given several key admissions to investigators. Lee Dougherty has admitted to using a firearm against a cop. Insiders believe that Lee Dougherty may have given other admissions to investigators to help prosecutors build their case against her brothers.
This Saturday, Lee Grace Dougherty remains in custody. She is being held on $1.25 million bond. On Friday, a series of pictures of Lee leaked online.
Lee Grace Dougherty Photos Prior to Scandal, Arrest Leaked Online
LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Photos of Lee Grace Dougherty, aka Lee Dougherty, taken before the scandal erupted this week have now been leaked online. One of the Dougherty siblings, Lee Grace Dougherty, is now facing more than just a $1.25 million bail. She is also the subject of sandal pictures taken during her time as a “dancer” just this July. Unlike her arrest this week, Lee is not armed with an assault weapon; she is also not clothed.
Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, Ryan Dougherty, 21, and Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, all currently face $1.25 million bail, each. They have been charged by federal prosecutors and by three state agencies. Their alleged crime spree began in Florida after they allegedly fired twenty rounds of bullets at a cop. Then they robbed a Georgia bank.
But finally, in Walsenburg, outside Denver, Colorado, the siblings’ run ended. As Colorado State troopers pursued the Dougherty siblings, Dylan allegedly fired at troopers with his AK-47 assault rifle.
